1-Xiaomi Mi 5 with Snapdragon 820, 4GB RAM, to launch in November –
Chinese smartphone maker Xiaomi is gearing up to launch its next flagship device soon. According to a new leak by Mobile-dad, the Xiaomi Mi 5 will be released in November this year. The Mi 5 will run on the upcoming Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 SoC along with 4GB of RAM. Other specifications of the device include a 5.5 inch QHD display, along with a 3,000 mAh battery and 16GB and 64GB storage options. 2-Xiaomi bringing 16,000 mAh and 5,000 mAh power banks to India
With the recent launch of the Huawei power bank in India, Xiaomi has decided to refresh its lineup of power banks by announcing two new models for India.
They will be available in 16,000 mAh and 5,000 mAh capacities with prices quoted to be Rs 1,399 and Rs 699 respectively. In comparison, the Huawei Power Bank that is currently available in the market comes with a 13,000 mAh battery inside but for Rs 1,399, so it’s clear that Xiaomi has some big plans with these new units
3-SunCellular, a subsidiary of the Philippine Long Distance Company, now offers the Xiaomi Mi Pad with its postpaid internet plans.
The cheap price tag and iPad Mini-looks of the 7.9-inch Mi Pad helped Xiaomi become China’s third-largest tablet vendor in Q3 2014.
